Chechen society – clans

Chechen society, there are only nine today, consist of clans, which in turn consist of Gars (Neke), Var and on the family as the smallest unit of society. delivery system (clans), which in ancient times was common to all peoples of the Earth, now preserved not many people. Although very useful, unique, passed through hundreds of centuries, the system “- ours – not ours”, which effectively protects all people from its transformation in one direction or another, the assimilation in the major nations in the hard times, and of the most important, was the basis of the resistance of any the people before any tests. That is, people with such a system could be physically destroyed, but not to win or to break. What we can see in the example of the Chechens (and wider Vainakh). Over the centuries, some clans have died completely in battles intensified or weakened, others were expelled, some branched off and formed their own tapes (clans). Therefore, I will list here the main existing today Chechen community.
